Playtime with Daddy

Soon she'll be playing like her dad...lord help us.

One for Grandpa

Ok so this is what Grandpa got for Juliette. I decided the shirtless look gave a more authentic look to the outfit! I had to put her bracelet on her just to have a little girly touch.

What?

If it itches....scratch it!

Gotta get down to the ole fishin' hole!

My Haul!

A nice way to wake up from a nap.

playing at Nana and Grandpa's house! Thankfully a friend let us borrow an exersaucer!

12-23-09. She loved the train her grandpa bought for under the tree. This chair is one my doll always sits in!

Back home

We made it back home last night a little after 7pm. Juliette did much better coming home than she did on the trip up to PA. I think the sitting in the traffic really did her in. Thankfully the Iphone with Youtube app saved us by playing Mickey Mouse clips for the last 30 minutes of the ride. I couldn't upload any pictures while we were up in PA, so I'll be posting them now. Way too many to really put up, but I shall do my best :). Juliette had more fun opening the presents than anything else. She would have been very happy with a roll of crinkly wrapping paper! It was so cute when she opened one of her presents from Nana- she started squealing she was so excited!!

New pics

Not a lot going on...pretty quiet around here and getting ready to head back up to PA. Juliette is doing fine, getting in some good naps lately, but schedule is still day to day except her night routine.

So Close!

Juliette is getting closer and closer to crawling every day! When we put her on the floor she can pick herself completely off the ground, get her knees up, and rock back and forth. However, after a few rocks, she goes splat or pushes herself backwards. Sometimes if she gets enough forward momentum she can hurl herself forward a few inches :).

Ha!

From these pictures you'd think we didn't feed the child! She loves to try to feed herself, but she hasn't quite gotten the coordination yet :).

I love these bowls because they stick to the tray when I have to feed her and then she can play with then when I'm done.

Big Girl!

Juliette has now graduated from her bouncy seat-(Thanks Angel)-to her high chair. She's been in it before a few times, but now she's constantly trying to sit up in her bouncy so this is her new eaing space. She's not too crazy about being strapped in, but she'll have to deal with it.

MMM finger painting with squash!

Having a snack of broken up rice cracker. She's starting to grab food and stick it in her mouth, but the rice cracker sticks to her hand when it gets wet!!

Ahhh refreshing drink from her camo sippy cup from Grandpa.

Festival of Trees

Fredericksburg was having a display of decorated trees at the Expo Center so we took Juliette there to see them since she loves the Christmas displays in stores. She laughed like crazy at the train displays and just took all the trees in with her very serious manner she has developed. There was also a Santa there so she had her picture taken....again :). This one is my favorite though since she's looking at him and who knows what is going through that little mind.

A new view!

Juliette loves to be high up and be swung around and this was the first time for her to be on Josh's shoulders- she got a kick out of it and loved pulling on his hair!
