Caught up!

I am now officially caught up except for a few videos from soccer. It's after 11..I'm exhausted...night night.

Courtland High School had a Princess Afternoon today. I don't know who was more excited- me or Juliette. You got to go around and see all the princesses and Disney characters and get their autographs, make crafts, listen to stories, play games, and more. Juliette was shocked by Snow White and talked to her about their dresses and told Ariel to be careful about Ursula. Who needs Disney World??? :)

On our day off to celebrate MLK Day Juliette and I made pumpkin muffins with some healthy stuff snuck in. She loved them.

Uncle D

I love our DVR and being able to pause live tv. makes finding Uncle Donald easy at the Ravens games!!! This is his happy face apparently....arms crossed...and his team WON! What the heck does he look like when they lose???

Dress Up

I found the trunk of dress up princess clothes I'd been looking for at KMart. She saw them and wants to wear them constantly. I bought them for a princess party (upcoming post--took about 50 pictures might take a while).

Soccer

We've had three soccer classes and I love them. So does Juliette :). She waked up in the morning on Saturdays and knows where we are going and exactly what to do. She's even doing her stretches on her own, goes into the "monkey house" aka goal net, and generally has a great time. I think her favorite part is getting to drink from the water fountain!

Playing in our new yard

Yes we will miss the swimming pool, but the new yard is very nice. When spring comes we'll probably get a new swing set--the people renting our house have a little person so they want to keep the swings. Josh said it would have been impossible to take it apart and put it back together safely so on to bigger and better...and hopefully on sale! But the best part about the yard is that it's fenced!! Juliette saw her pool though under the deck and wanted to go in it. Nope.

New Year's Eve

We got back to Virginia a few days early so we decided to go out for New Years.Our wonderful babysitter who we will be very sad to lose when she goes off to college in a few years came over with her niece to stay the night. When Emilie saw the air mattress...well it was just begging to be jumped on! We still haven't deflated it because Juliette loves to come downstairs and bounce on it. Maybe now she'll like bounce houses at carnivals! And no, my room does NOT still look like this. I'm proud to say the other night I emptied the very last box. Trumpets should sound!!

Another Rudolph??

I thought when Juliette saw the mounted deer head in Josh's grandmother's house she would freak out. Nope- she loved it and wanted to hug and kiss it.

Helping Daddy

Juliette saw Josh's tools and right away wanted to "help" fix the computer. Thankfully we were only taking it apart to destroy it anyway!

What a kid

Juliette has fallen in love with the camera. She will ask to have her picture taken and then want to see it immediately. What ever would she have done during the days of having to develop film?? We just tell her to show us happy and she gives us these cheese ball smiles that are so stinking cute!
